Emily Muschinske is an award-winning artist and teacher whose work has been seen all over the world. In her 15 years as a designer she served as Associate Art Director at mega book publisher Scholastic, Inc. and collaborated with companies like Manhattan Toy, Mattel and Disney. She currently designs books and packaging, illustrates picture books and creates patterns for stationery and textiles.

Though she’s officially a grown-up, she’s still seated at the kids table on holidays. That’s fine with her; it’s where all the great conversation happens anyway. Like this gem (a direct quote from Jake, age 4), “How about if we shave the cat like a sheep, and use her fur to make a sweater?” Or this one: “If a bumble bee passes gas, does it smell like honey?”

So if you have a question, need help on a publishing project, or you’re interested in licensing the art on this site, please get in touch.
